ABOUT OUR FOUNDERS
Astro Communications, Inc. was founded by Marc and Mitzy Kaiser in 1993.
Marc, a former owner of a Big O Tires Franchise, and Mitzy, an accountant for a Fortune 500 Company, teamed up to start a grass roots business from the ground up.
Today, Astro Communications, Inc. occupies 6,000 square feet for its call center, and handles calls for Fortune 500 Companies such as Lincare Inc. and numerous Funeral Homes throughout the United States.
Our name was chosen to reflect our mission statement as well as to disassociate us from the stigma sometimes attached to answering services.
Our FLAT RATE PRICING was designed to meet our customers needs early on, and to keep our customers from being charged for transferring, wrong numbers, hang-ups and telemarketers.
Our service is specifically designed for each customer, and is easily adaptable.
Our team is live operated, friendly and eager to help our customers and yours. Our office becomes an extension of your office.
